Charles Hall – Field Operations Manager
Charles Hall comes from a background of electrical work. His father and uncle were electrical contractors. His brother is also an electrician. Charles has been with Stewart Electric Co., Inc. since the company started in 1977. Charles has worked as the coordinator of the electricians for 30 years. He helps to plan work activities, oversees the service department schedule and makes sure each project has the right people and proper equipment for getting the job done right and on time.
Charles Hall’s responsibilities include interviewing perspective employees, hiring, planning, assigning and directing work. Charles also helps in the employee evaluation process, appraising job performance, disciplining employees, addressing complaints and problems, and solving them.
